10 best Hotels in Paris under 100€
To find family friendly Hotels in Paris under 100€ that are suitable for a group of 3 or 4, or let along for a family of 5, thats a challenge. For real. Especially if you consider that the average rate for a single room in Paris is 172€. It’s not surprising, Paris is one of the most expensive destinations in the world after all. But don’t bury your plans just yet! I found 10 Hotels for you and your family for under 100€ a night!
It costs me quite an effort to pay more than the bare minimum for accommodation when traveling. and I will stay way under budget if ever possible. However, I do try to find hotels in safe and central areas, with extra services like breakfast or free wifi. Hence, I know how difficult finding a good and cheap place to stay can be if you are a stranger to the city.
I live in Paris since more than a decade (jeez..) and know most of Paris’ districts. With the background knowledge of a local, the expectation of a budget traveler and the perspective of a Mom, I did some research. Et voilà, I found you the best Hotels in Paris under 100€.
The 10 best hotels in Paris for less than 100€ – and 3 beds minimum!
To be fair and as a disclaimer, you won’t sleep in Hotel Hilton and the rooms are not coming with a view on the Eiffel Tower. It’s basic accommodation with (mostly) private bathrooms, in areas that I would stay in with my family without hesitation – unless said otherwise, but then the Hotel has a killer argument that might be strong enough to shift priorities 🙂
Perfect Hotel & Hostel – a family friendly hostel in Paris, not far from Montmartre
The location within the 9th arrondissement is a quiet and save area. A typical Parisian neighbourhood with bakeries, french and international restaurants, and some cafés. Montmartre and Sacre Coeur are only 7min by feet away, a little playground is 5 min away. It’s a family friendly Hostel as it’s a good fit for 4 people who are accepting to sleep in bunk beds, however, they don’t provide cribs and the bathrooms are shared. It’s a Hostel after all, but location is great and it comes with a free french breakfast. Click to see their availabilities
B&B Hôtel Paris Malakoff Parc des Expositions 10 min from Montparnasse

Sully Hôtel great location in the Marais
You almost can’t stay in a more central location of Paris. The Hotel is within the Marais, 5 min by feet from Bastille and 15min from Notre Dame. It might not look like the best hotel in the world, but you won’t be disappointed by the location. The room under 100 Euro is for 3 guests and they are not offering cribs or extra beds. Many guests say the rooms are small, however, a room for 4 is just a little bit over 100, so still at a good bargain. There is no park in the near neighbourhood, but the Berges des Seine are just a 10min walk away. Click to find out if they’re still having rooms free!
Hôtel Résidence De Bruxelles sleeps 5 and close to Montmartre
This hotel is maybe the only accommodation in Paris for a family of 5 at a rate under 100€, special offers excluded. To be fair, it is not the best location, but not the worst neither. The hotel has a kitchen area where you can prepare your own food, but there are although plenty of budget restaurants around. Good to know: only the common area has wifi available. CMG Bastille 3 authentic typical Parisan neighbourhood
if you want to live like a local in a typical Parisian non touristic neighbourhood and an authentic sized apartment, this is your place. This Hotel in the 17th arrondissement is in a quiet neighbourhood but like almost every where in Paris, Restaurants, Bars and grocery shopping options are never far. Neither is Parc Batignolles and Parc Monceau, both are having nice playing areas for children and especially Parc Monceau is great for a picnic. Hôtel Baby very central location close to theatres and restaurants of Grand Boulevard
One of the few low budget hotels with air condition! Anyway, it’s in the center of Paris, very close to the Grand Boulevard with a huge variety on eateries, cinemas, theatres (well, and a few sex shops, but that shouldn’t pull you off). TLDR; the 10 best Hotels in Paris for families under 100€ in an overview
All accommodations below are more or less 5 min away from the closet Metro station. I also did not list places that are (in my opinion) in really too dodgy areas, except if they are having a killer argument. Please note that the prices can vary depending on demand and flexibility. City tax is not included.
